As
a former BBC journalist, with a postgraduate journalism
diploma from London’s City University, research
is thoroughly undertaken and final reports are
easy to understand and implement. Gillian is also
a trained Focus Group facilitator.
Her
experience as Marketing Manager for Nottinghamshire
County Council’s Arts Team means she has knowledge
of a broad range of arts activities, and an understanding
of needs of organisations working in the cultural
sector.
Both
quantative (questionnaires etc) and qualitative
(focus groups etc) research carried out.
